just to clarify some aspects re companies & NCFC Plc

1. Directors have to offer themselves for re election to the board - its is done on a cyclical basis - it is a requirement regardless of the number of shares you hold.

2. normal each ordinary share has a vote related to it, so the number of shares you control that determine the number of votes and the power you have. The real power is with Delia & MWJ as majority shareholders. The other directors have no real power and can be in effect voted off by Delia & MWJ.
