I would say Rhodes did what we needed vrancic was a good value signing, nyland was bought as cover on a free, quintilla struggled after Covid. Leitner was patchy agreed fahtmann was a failure as was Duda, passlack was unlucky, and some of the others were not designed to be in the team now or need another season.
It's interesting that the failures that cannot be argued were the ones after promotion. Perhaps wages for prem players makes it harder. I think the strategy will be better this year
