Rebooked for the same day but a different location that wasnt 30 miles away! No problem at all - even though they do explain you have to "lose" the original booking And I too know of lots of people who have asked for their partner to be done too - one, where they said no problem, even rang her partner at home and told him to cycle down pronto!
