Need help, lawnmower wont start

petrol job.

Ive everything normal but the f**ker wont start.

I dont want to take it the repair place because it costs 90 quid and they'll probably just spray something in the USB.

Sadly Im not very good at these matters..

Can anyone offer any help????????
