A friend of mine found Zenlabs C25k agreeable...
it worked very well with his music streaming service, fading the music out to deliver instructions and then fading it in again. Some apps, like the NHS one I believe, sorry, he believes, didn[t have that feature, though that may have changed now as he is well old and it was a while ago.
