Hehe, my friend did want to add, the only thing he found that was missing was some details

About stretches. He thought they were really important to do particularly after the run because one of the main things he found in the early stages was having the motivation to get up and go and run and if his legs were killing him then it was obvious less enticing to go. So he advises finding a simple leg stretch routine on the YouPipe.
Mind you, my friend hasn’t done much running at all over last 2 years at all ! He should get back into it.
