Is pukki’s career going to be furthered by playing a friendly against Switzerland?

I get it with the lads playing u21 qualifiers, or trying to break into the national side, but not sure there’s much to be gained in the careers of mclean and Hanley or pukki playing their wednesday matches against Faroe Islands and Switzerland respectively
