Good manager and still young
Who knows why things occasionally go wrong. I suspect it has more to do with owners or players understanding and committing to following a style or game plan.
He always had great enthusiasm and when you think that he went from managing in front of a few hundred fans to taking us to the Premier League in a single season he clearly has what it takes to motivate.
