after the approaches from abroad. It seemed to suggest that if he stayed and played this season they wouldn't stand in his way to whichever move he wanted.

Emi had no offers, or not any that have seen the light of day at least, so I think his situation is slightly different. Although I am sure we will listen to suitable offers. I just think that his size and temprament are holding him back at the moment (at least for the top premier league clubs).
