OK, here goes...

- A poor season.
- Poor football
- Poor overall transfer record this season
- Unhappy customers, despiet the season ticket renewal (which doesn't indicate a thumbs up for what is happening)

Couple these with :-
- A smoke and mirrors approach to PR, meaning that you can't necessarily believe what they say - positive or negative.
- The rumours regarding a years extension on Premiership salary, which will obviously make getting rid a lot cheaper.
- A board that quite clearly aren't idiots so can also see, along with the fans, exactly what is going on out there.

The only thing that, reading between the lines, will stop them from sacking him in the summer is the club's profile as a friendly club. All in all, though, that profile is about as valid as the Worthyout.co.uk's petition point about us being known for a passing club.
