I've gone fully tinpot after last year

i want the glory of a league win but not so fussed about being in the PL.

The only thing i wouldnt like is having to sell our best players to fill the covid income void. Even then though, they'll be leaving at some point and i doubt we'd be spending all of what comes in so oh well.
