Funny that he's your mate!
He's been on every radio station saying that for days, I heard him interviewed on Friday and again yesterday. He said it was his 58th interview and that he'd finally heard back from his MP. Though he said it was £180 for the vet cert and not £108.
Ridiculous situation; hope they can sort it out. If not I guess HMG will be tempted to play equal silly buggers with French cheese in the hope of creating a gap with your mate's cheese can fill.
I'm hearing constant stories from the Highlands of Brexit-voting fishermen who are struggling with the bureaucracy of exporting to the EU. Most of them seem to be doing OK finding new UK customers though (they traditionally sold eg langoustines and turbot abroad because in the 70s the Brits didn't want them; the domestic market has changed).
