At 5.4 it does but at 5.1 it doesn;t so who knows.
As you say its a bit of an irrelevance and certainly doesn;t mean (as the EU claims) that it was always agreed that doses from the UK would go to the EU.
Whats relevant is what does "Best Reasonable Efforts" require AZ to do in the facts and circumstances of this case.
