i am pretty certain that she and MWJ have said to each other that they won't bow to fan pressure again and sack a manager they don't want to sack.

Reading Waghorns article a few weeks back brings me to this conclusion.

Waghorn stated something along the lines of "there are big characters on both sides who will not want to lose fact and bow to the opposition and that is why we are experiencing the current stand off between fans and board, Nigel Worthingtons judgement day will come in late September early October".

Basically Delia and the board are so convinced that NW is the right man for the job they are going to persist with him as they will do what THEY want this time and not what the fans want.

That is the crux of the matter.
