I quite like seeing ex players and managers do well after leaving us (naturally, not against us).

But only when they've left on good terms. (unusual for managers these days I know, but I have warm memories of Brown and Stringer and Worthy deserves some credit for dragging us around from a terrible spell).

So actually, while I was disappointed that Lambert went, I was more pissed off at the way he did it. Suing the club? Fuck him.

Would like to see Maddison and Godfrey and Lewis do well.

It's not entirely selfless - the better the rep we get for improving players careers the better the players we can attract (and the choosier we can be on who we take)
