That’s what I use!

I very definitely feel the benefits in terms of depth of sleep (perchance to dream ... I much have more vivid dreams with it).

Are you dripping it under the tongue and then not swallowing for 30 secs or so? That’s how I do it.

Also, how many drops? If you feel it isn’t working you could try upping your dose? Though be careful since if I take more than one drop I feel like a zombie when I wake up
