Contrary to SCC's post, I saw a graph showing compliance improved after Barnard castle

Almost as if people realised there was a valid reason for the lockdown. Compliance dropped after lockdown ended and has yet to improve.

I'm very much not a fan of BoJo or Cummins. But the idea that all blame can be laid at their feet is drivel IMHO.
