At least we agree on the quotas

Many of these things change over time. There are far more women in the workplace now than there was 30 years ago.

Unfortunately equal representation a simple example i.e 50% men going into engineering and 50% female going into engineering will always be difficult to achieve.

There are more females in university's then male however there are more male's in engineering then females.

On the opposite side there are more females in the medical field then there are males.

If we are considering power as being "wealthy" then it is likely that males in engineering will make more in a lifetime then females in the medical industry as engineering has an economy of scale.

As far as i know anyone can stand for a member of parliament or join a political party.

On the ethnicity side, it's important to note that around 87% of the population is white british, therefore it is likely there will be a bias towards white british due to the sheer percentage different of white british to other ethnicity's.
