It's f**king annoying
You buy the pass, it says "what would you like to do next -- WATCH VIDEO" so you click on that then you get 404
On the yellow strip with the club badge on the left (news | first team | tickets | ...) choose iFollow then next match then watch video and it works.
Incredibly annoying and a basic, basic website error but there you go.
