The games he has played this season, he has barely looked interested

if he stays he is going to work twice as hard to firstly get back in the team and then start producing, just to get his move in the next transfer window. That has to be good for us. If he sulks and doesn't work then he will be in the development squad and not really effecting those on the pitch.
