With another £43 ST direct debit looming and myself feeling a little
“Disenfranchised” I still think it’s worth keep paying it. I reckon our payments bring the club £750k per month, assuming the majority of the season ticket holders pay full price (which I know they don’t) and everyone pays monthly (which I also know they don’t!) but you know what I mean.
I think we’re effectively buying credit to go towards 21/22 season tickets. We certainly don’t be allowed in before the end of 2020 I doubt. I know the club have said we can build up credit on our accounts or get refunds for matches we couldn’t attend and I know our money is safe in their coffers.
Many had commented preseason that they’d spoken to the ticket office about postponing direct debits in the Spring, and that they could so long as they were up to date again before the start of the season, I wonder how that panned out.
I don’t feel great about paying out each month for something that we can’t go to but I have to believe that our money is shoring up the club and that we are basically paying in advance for 21/22.
