Personally believe that we may be about to find out the ‘true cost’ of housing in 2021 once the recession bites. Try explaining that to the dewy-eyed young estate agents around today - they seem to think tv shows like ‘Suits’ are real life
(Hopefully we won’t get told off for this discussion)
