If a lot of lower league clubs go to the wall football landscape will have to change

smaller leagues perhaps, different formats of competitions because of local lockdown regulations maybe bio secure round robin regional tournaments to replace fa/league cups. no away fans for a long time thats for sure. That sort of thaing.
