Well if that were true then Hong Kong would be one of the worst places on the planet
Just 100 deaths here which isn't at all bad for a city with direct flights to Wuhan and other cities in China. 7.5m people live in HK in one of the highest housing densities in the world. Mixed generations often live together. People wear masks and wash hands and socially distance.
