I am gonna buck the trend here with the frontline and play a two up top pairing of Big Bad Cropwell Stilton and his nifty Portuguese strike partner a Kopke Colheita Port 1980 vintage.

On the bench: Jacobs Cream crackers and Oatmeal biscuits
