One door closes another one opens
Young lad on the news yesterday started up a new business selling off empty office space to small businesses that dont have the capital to risk committing to a long traditional rental agreements. So for example a new start up could rent space by the hour or day. Bit like airbnb i think, he just links the two parties together and takes a cut everyones a winner baby.
