Wouldn’t you start around Cow Tower where the Wensum protects you from the North and East?
By the way Westwick Street is literally West Wic from a separate Anglo Saxon community (Or that’s what Doggo* Wills taught me in history)...
*when he smoked he only smoked dog ends was how he got his nickname.
