I know... Do employers really even bother with CVs any more?

The jobs I have advertised I have been sent a truly preposterous number of applications. I would much rather headhunt. To be honest, I am only looking at the synergy between the skills I need and the evidence for the applicant skills on their CV. Dodgy formatting is an irrelevance.
