and the team (like Oliveira). Not for some personal vendetta if that's what you're implying. Don't understand where you're coming from. If the player isn't performing, isn't showing the right attitude and is having a bad effect on the rest of the team then the manager wouldn't be doing his job if he didn't move him on. Why does it have to come down to some sort of devious manager who "wants him out"?
