Pay two and a half to three times the wages we do.
Looking at the list it looks like £150 million (ish) is about the threshold that would put you reasonably free of relegation worries. Year on year on year.
For those calling for investment to make us an established premiership club - it's this that is the crucial factor. How can we get to a point where we can swallow £150 million in wages (can't just be through TV money, as that just puts us on a par (actually below) with 60% of the league)
