You don't need to use anything specific for winter/wet

weather, just apply it a bit more often. Use any spray which is contains Teflon (GT85 for example). Teflon means that the grit doesn't collect so easily because if it does you create a grinding paste which will wear down the components (especially on higher end components). I spray this on all my bikes about once a month in the summer and every week or fortnight in winter (although some of my bikes I keep for summer riding only). Hope that helps.
