I believe that I have devised a way to help end the countries fast food litter problem
all fast food packaging will have the purchasers name, address, date of birth, bank account number, sort code, 16 digit card number, expiry date, 3 digit security number and photograph printed on. Hopefully this will encourage people to dispose of their rubbish more thoughtfully.
