Which prem club would be likely to stump up the £20m required?

I’d be very nervous if we had stayed up and were spunking that level of cash on a player that is somewhat in the luxury category.

Don’t get me wrong, he’s an excellent player, but he’s not going to thrive at places such as Sheffield United, Watford, Burnley, West Ham, the only ones I can think of are Bournemouth and Brighton
