I 'might' know of a property available which would certainly tick a few of your boxes.

4/5 bedroom house with enclosed rear garden set back from the main road in Brancaster. Walk across the road and down to the beach, marshes, and golf club. Decent pub in the village, two even better ones under a mile walk to Brancaster Staithe, where there's a small boat you can use to get out to Scolt Head Island. There's a bbq in the garden and some bikes in the shed.

The availability of this is subject to a number of other events aligning, and dates are currently uncertain and won't know for definite for a couple of weeks I would think.

If it sounds of interest let me know and I can give you details as soon as I have a little more clarity.

There's no cost, you'll just need to throw some food down for the cat twice a day, and try not to kill it.
