Was the simple fact that we let good players go and replaced them with ones that were no where near as good. I was told this directly by Worthingtons assistant at the time (Steve Foley). Remember Andy Hughes for Gary Holt, Jason Jarrett for Francis, Jurgen Colin for Edworthy/Thomas Helveg? We also let Svensson go and replaced him with a past it Peter Thorne and Mattias Jonsson (who would have made a good Championship player imo. I can't remember who else we bought in.
