Should our model really be based on buying young and then turning into profit?
We aren’t exactly a small club are we? We have the fan base, the infrastructure to be able to compete. I’m all for buying youth and seeing them develope but that model hasn’t served us well this season and I would like to see players coming in that are that their peak and proven.
A player like Dwight Gayle next season who would score at least 15/20 goals would be an excellent signing.
This post is in relation to the un21 Danish midfielder that we are buying.
