Yes, absolutely

It's a bug bear of mine when I read comments like "We played well except for a couple of individual errors that cost us".

But that's just it, that would be acceptable if it were a one off, but it's every frigging match. When that's the case, you can't isolate the errors from the performance, they're part of it. So it's not a good performance at all.
