Intersting that its a Competition Law case which is an area I had not considered and an area where UK law should be more or less aligned with Belgian.
Would not surprise me at all if the SPL announce today that they have found a way to "re-structure" the SPL to keep Hearts in the top flight in light of the direction of travel.
All of which is probably irrelevant ti us as we will play but interesting (to me) nonetheless.
