Struggling to see how a decision to complete the season would be in any way unfair prejudicial.
Also struggling to see how a format decision that is the same for all clubs is unfair prejudicial, but I am more open to the possibility depending on what they come out with - eg if it's something that will have a disproportionately heavier burden on smaller clubs.
