Whatever decision is taken will presumably be by way of a vote of the members abd how you therefore challenge that?

However in my view the starting principle must surely be it’s not reasonable or fair to impose relegation on a club without completing the season or to promote clubs from the champ in their place if they have also not completed their season.

I’d wager the French story has a few twists to go but that also the financial implications of relegation to lique 2 are not quite the same as going down from the premier league.
