Are you self-isolating?

If not try to get out even for a short stroll, every day if you can - obviously staying away from other people, don't touch surfaces/door handles/etc and wash hands properly and all that. And I'm sure you're doing this anyway but little things like showering/shaving every day, eating properly, sleeping as well as you can at whatever time you would anyway and so on - all these seemingly trivial little things add up, and self care is really important when locked down. Even without worry about your Dad, your mood is bound to suffer cooped up all that time and little routiney things can help with that. I'm sure you know all this anyway and the last thing I want to do is project what's helped me in not-so-good times onto others! But, take care of you mate. Hopefully at least some travel will be possible and we'll all be able to see our parents again. Hugs'n'that.
