But would have to be controls in place once we move away from lockdown and towards testing and tracing with an app if that ever actually materialises.

Ferguson says we need it but also that the government did more planning for Brexit ffs. That’s such a damning statement and something that comes from being ‘guided by the science’

So will we just see the virus ripping through in waves like this one?
