Yes. one thing not widely reported about China is that (and I believe this is still

the case but stand to be corrected) you are not allowed to move between cities unless you do 14 days quarantine.

I can only assume they will say that the airport restrictions are part of the exit strategy (as they will have to be otherwise we can't track where infections are coming from) but I think they will be making that up after the event to be hones.

Surely the point of a lockdown it to absolutely minimise all potential infection sources. I'm not saying that the virus is all caused by foreigners coming in (we have as many cases as anywhere) but just as I would not expect to be able to fly to France or Australia at the moment I don;t understand why we are allowing people to come the other way. o know the numbers travelling are miniscule compared to normal but its still 100,000 people a week.
