prat driving
Last week I had to drive to London to give care to a vulnerable parent (permitted by the Rules) and the standard of driving was terrible. Lots doing the ton on the A11 and when I got to suburban london - twice I was overtaken in 30 mph zones on blind corners 'cos I was sticking to the limit. I see the carers 3 times and they all say its just like that still.
Complete prats - if they mistimed it then they would expect an ambulance - diverting NHS resources from those who really need it right now. THe legislation should fine them the real cost of the ambulance coming out.
