Covid19 advice please
to truncate a very long story, just over a week ago I left Norwich and am living in London at my parents with my father in hospital with Covid19. Mum being too frail to fend for herself so I had no choice but to take my fathers place as main carer.
My mother and I nervously wait for symptoms to emerge during the 14 day isolation period. She is on day 11 and I am on day 8.
In my mind I've said goodbye to my father (he is 97) but my big, big worry is what happens to my mother if I get sick and cant provide her care. Once she has ended her 14 days then a care home will take her - but not until then. And if I do get sick then her 14 day period restarts.
So my question is, for those unlucky enough to have had the virus, what were the very initial symptoms to emerge before you got iller. Knowing that will indicate the warning signal to take drastic action eg contact Social Services.
If this has been covered already here then a link would be much appreciated.
Many thanks
