Which city will riot first?

The vast majority of the population will get cold/flu symptoms and not even get tested - in fact they are being refused testing! You have to be really, really sick to get tested. This is why the test results to Covid-19 infections ratios are so high!

The vast majority of the population are going to be just fine if they get Covid-19

Once the majority of the population realize this, they are going to question whether depression/suicide, mass unemployment, bankruptcies and being locked in your own home are worth it.

Which major city in the world will riot first? My bet is London or Paris.
