Great post CC

I keep a diary at work in case an aggressor ever turns the victim.

It's never got that far as HR. But if it did the tables would turn. Accounts of people crying one minute, then loudly celebrating how they are glad another colleagues mum has died because it means they'll shut up for a few days, and then later exclamating "you wanna be careful what you say to me"

Workplaces are rife with this s**t headedness.

I lightly asked a colleague if they are thinking of proposing to their partner on the 29th Feb cos of the leap year tradition. Half an hour later they defended someones elses comment by saying "at least you didnt ask me if i was going to shag my boyfriend on the 29 th feb"

Somebody leapt to my defence else and confirmed that i didnt say it and explained it properly.

Two days later she told another colleague i told her she should shag her partner on the 29 feb, and the group gasped whilst i politely saod i dudnt say it. , this time the other person wasn't there to back up what i said.

I've used this example to show just how simple bullying is. It can hapoen just like that, during a light conversation

This is happening in workplaces, home, everywhere, everyday

People are c**ts
