Without wanting to kickstart any kind of row, why eliminate salt entirely?
I thought the 'peril of too much salt' had been mostly debunked nowadays? (Unless you're eating loads and loads, obviously.)
Bravo re the sugar though. Seems like we're pretty firmly coming to the conclusion that that's the real problem for most people. And well done more generally.
