very late moves...

this is our biggest potential problem. We should sit down with players like Greeno & Francis (and their agents) and tell them we understand if they want to play Prem football and want to leave but any deal has to be done by a certain date (that will give us time to find a replacement) or we will not negotiate with anyone and they will have to stay until the next transfer window at least. They ARE still under contract and we shouldn't let them go so late it leaves us in the 5hit.
