I made no suggestion whatsoever about what I wanted for the team - just what my personal assessment of reaching the play-offs would be.

It is typical of the unsophisticated argument of those who want Worthington to stay to suggest that our final league position should be the determining factor.

There is so much wrong with Worthington's leadership and a late and frankly astonishing spuurt will do little to alter that.
